The closest I've been able to find to this marking is PLIVA 435, which contains 50mgs of Trazodone, an antidepressant that is also frequently used to treat insomnia.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, mood changes, and weight changes.

Can you please double check the imprint and post back?
