I tried the generic viagra made by Unicure Remedies Pvt. in india, and they are pretty good.

Has anybody tried both the one made by Unicure Remedies and Pfiagara? Which one is better?

Sildenafil citrate lowers blood pressure, which causes the headache. The danger of taking it along with medicines containing a nitrate, such as nitroglycerin is that the nitrate lowers blood pressure by relaxing the smooth muscle of arteries. If you take sildenafil citrate on top of that, you risk a potentially fatal, rapid decrease in blood pressure.

Any sildenafil (Viagra) has to be taken after a low fat diet for increased efficacy and it can be taken any time ! but may take half and hour to one hour to start acting ! and not on empty stomach...

Does it really increase blood pressure? I thought it Reduced it. I have high blood pressure. I had to spell out the meds I take to the online place I used, and they didn't balk. I was hoping it would be safe to take, even though I'm on high blood pressure meds. Comments?

Ok! yes the company does refer to it’s self as a “Canadian Pharmacy” but they also state that they only sell generic medication and that all of it is produced in India. I was just as worried as everyone but much to my surprise the company did just what it advertised it would. My credit card was not charged for a week and after about four weeks the USPO just delivered it certified mail.
They say the India FDA has cleared the medication and that doesn’t make me feel any safer but hay I’m health enough for sex with my wife so I’ll take all the help I can get. For me if it works I’ll order more, not $400 worth but enough that if it gets confiscated I won’t be that pissed off.

I wen t on-line to order Viagra and also found it advertised at CanadianPharmacy on-line. I too was worried about the legality of buying on-line but since the site purported to be 'Canadian' and also required that I provide a medical history first, I figured it must be on the up-n-up. I guess the medical history must be their form of a consultation on which they either base their prescriptions or claim to base their prescriptions. It's impossible to know whether anyone actually takes the time to consider the medical history before 'prescribing' the drug but I certainly hope they do.

In any case, after placing the order on-line a page was displayed which said something to the effect of - 'your order is not complete yet - you will receive a confirmation e-mail and when you reply, then and only then will your credit card be charged' (paraphrased). I did receive the e-mail but before replying to it, I got nervous and called my credit card company. They told me the charge had already been made even without my confirmation reply... but, the charge was precisely what they said it would be. Needless to say, I didn't bother to send the confirmation reply. Instead, I sent them an e-mail to see if I could get some answers and although it didn't really answer my question, they replied saying the order would be shipped and would arrive within 6 to 8 weeks. Well, I too decided to wait patiently to see what the repercussions would be. I wondered whether the order would arrive at all and whether new charges would appear on my credit card. To my surprise there were no additional charges to my credit card, and after only 16 days, the order arrived by small, unmarked envelope (when I say unmarked, I mean it had no mention of what was inside, just that it came from India by registered mail).

Like many others, I was surprised to have received something from India. I fully expected to receive a package of Canadian origin. That immediately gave me a bad feeling about the legalities.

I was also surprised to find that the package contained PFIAGARA rather than the advertised VIAGRA. Of course, the packaging doesn't look any different than regular prescription drugs. And on the package it clearly shows SILDENAFIL CITRATE which is the same active ingredient as in VIAGRA.

I couldn't find anything at all on-line about Uni-Sule PVT Ltd in Sonepat, India - that's the company that apparently packaged the pills as others have also learned.

So, although there seems to have been some trickery involved in the selling of the dug (Canada vs India, Viagra vs Pfiagara), they didn't help themselves to more money and the order arrived in an expedient way. I guess it just comes down to trusting whether the package actually contains what it says it does - 100mg Sildeafil Citrate.

I'm inclined to try half a pill (haven't tried anything yet) based on the symptoms that some people are reporting. Of course, the symptoms sound very much like what some of my friends report after using Viagra - it's apparently designed to increase blood flow and I suppose will have the effect of increasing blood pressure as well which must be why people are talking about headaches, head pressure and feeling flushed and the like.

I've read all the comments here but I'm still reluctant - new territory and all. But I guess it comes down to this - it's necessary, it was made available and the price was right. If there are some unwanted side effects, it won't be any different than a lot of the 'legal' prescriptions I've had to take over the years so I guess I'll be trying it. I'll be sure to post any ill effects afterwards.... if I still can - kidding :)

Getting back to you on the 100-mg Pfiagara.

I took a whole pill. A bit of pressure in my head (upper) and a hot flushed face were the negative side effects. The positive one was, well, positive.

I would suggest them (assuming they are the same with every dose). I might only use half next time tho.

For more information, I am a healthy 34 year old. I exercise regularly and I have no known health problems.

Well, just arrived in the mail. One was split in about 1/3. Took it. WOW!!!!! Didn't taste as sour as Viagra or other generics, but boy oh boy, did it kick in!!!! And fast, too - about 10 to 15 minutes! I'll definitely take the risk and order more.

Hey Fellas , well I have used overseas viagra before and have had some pills that were very bad I think they came from great britan or brazil. However I just took a PFIAGARA that I bought online and was shipped from India. I normally will test any pill by chewing off just a small corner and dizolving it in my mouth and tonge to get a taste and to try to avoid a mishap. Well I didnt notice much effect after about 45 minutes from chewing/swallowing so that was my indication of little foul play.

I took the whole 100 mg and it slowly kicked in , and let me say this one has the lowest active side effects Ive ever had in a generic and it worked quite nicely. I am relived. - William - From Ohio

I would just like to toss in some more information here for everyone who may be ordering drugs from foreign or internet pharmacies without a prescription.

Many people are not aware of it, but this activity is ILLEGAL!

When you place these orders you run the risk of having customs seize these orders.

If you are lucky, the worst that happens is that they seize the order and send you a letter letting you know that this order was an illegal transaction, in which case you have no recourse and lose the money you spent to order.

Worst case scenario, you can get large fines and jail time, though in most instances they are more worried about large importers, rather than a single person ordering for personal use.

As I said above, it is illegal to order without a prescription, and to order meds from a foreign country that are not approved for sale in the U.S.

I, too, was rather pissed that the company porported to be a Canadian Pharmacy and then shipped meds from India. I got suspicious when there was no confirmation email sent; I called my credit card company to see if I had been scammed. The charges were there but not any more than I agreed to. I decided to wait and see if the meds would arrive. I ordered soft Cialis and got Tadalafil-Sanafi 20mg tablets. They threw in (4) free Pfiagara 100mg tablets. I'm still debating whether to try them or not...

Tried it today, I usually half the pill & it tastes exactly as viagra. This is a good indication! Results are exactly like Viagra only it is weaker. So I suggest if you take 50mg Viagra, its equivallent to 100mg PFIAGARA. Awesome value, though, I'm happy!

I too ordered from the Candian company. It took about 2 months for the Pfiagrara to arrive. I just took half a pill. Will let you know in the morning if it is the same. I too was pissed, but if you contact your credit card company and dispute the charge, you'll win. They didn't respond to credit card company's. Free $400 worth of meds!!

I had same experience as Tbone and HardlyHere. In fact, I just picked up my package from post office. I was expecting it to come from Canadian Pharmacy.

Not sure if I should trust the meds?? Any advise or similar experiences?

BTW, I also ordered from KwikMed which is US based and require an online consult and that Viagra (re: REAL Viagra) works perfectly! You pay full price but I trust KwikMed. Not sure about CanadianPharm/Uni-Sule....
