My friend is taking percocets i'd say about 3 times a week. He claims doing half a percocet isn't harmful to him. He just takes them to get high and im afraid that he is going to seriously injur himself if he continues this. He knows i don't like him taking them so he tells friends not to tell me. Meanwhile, I'm not stupid. I know what he does and when. He has such an addictive personality and can't control his urges because he has no self control. Is there anyone who can help me get through to him. I don't know too much about percocets that i can tell him why there so bad for him if he's not perscribed them. I am open to any suggestions on what i should do. Thank you.

The Acetaminophen in them is actually far more dangerous than the narcotic, it doesn't take much to overdose and it can be fatal.
