Oxycodone 20 Mg K57 Vs Np14 (Page 4) (Top voted first)

I don't usually count the pills when I pick up my Rx. This time I did & felt a difference in the thickness. Some are marked NP on one side & K57 on one side & blank on the other. I'm assuming they're from different Mfg Co's but don't like to assume with my pain pills! Also, is it normal practice for Pharmacies to mix?

Hey, people that complain about which pill is better, which one works better and all that stuff is all in their head. So advise each and every one of you to get into rehab and stop complaining about the pills or get off of them.

They're the same exact thing, it's usually junkies that abuse them and like certain ones better, but it's all in their heads. They are 20 mg hydrocodone bottom line. If your getting 90 from the pharmacy and they have 60 nps left and then give you 30 of a different brand their not gonna give you 2 different types of meds. This makes me so mad cause usually it's junkies that are causing the confusion for people that really need them. My best friend is dying from cancer, we live in Philadelphia and it takes hrs for him get his Rx filled cause of people that abuse them or have a crooked dr.
