Myra E 400 Iu Side Effect

Hi po, ask ko lang po if it is safe to take myra e 400 iu and at the same time i'll take antibiotics, kasi may sugat and my mom said magtake ako ng antibiotics so ask ko po kung wala po bang hindi bad side effect kung pareho ko sila iinumin?
