Keraglo Forte is actually a nutritional supplement, it contains:

Biotin USP 10 mg
N-acetyl cysteine USP 50mg
Calcium panthothenate 100mg
Sodium selenite USP equivalent to Elemental selenium 60mcg
Elemental copper 3mg and
Zinc oxide 22.5 mg.

To find it in the U.S. you would just have to look for a vitamin supplement that contains the proper amounts of these ingredients.
