UpdatedI'm have epilepsy I'm taking1000 gm Keppra for years and not having seizure attack any more how much is Precautionary doses i can take or can i stop taking keppra ?

You should take the dosage that your doctor has prescribed, taking a lower amount, or stopping it may cause you to experience seizures.
The NIH lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight gain.
