You're high. That's why you threw up, used to happen to me all the time. I would say you don't have much of an opiate tolerance, you'll probably even have a lil edgy withdrawal hangover tomorrow.

I get the feeling that Ash may be right about the reasoning why you're throwing up. A rushed onset of effects could very well have triggered that to happen.

The U.S. National Library of Medicine also notes that, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and experiencing pain in the upper stomach, are all general side effects of Hydrocodone + Acetaminophen.

I don't know if it would subside as your tolerance grew overtime, but it sounds like your body just isn't used to having that in your system, and vomiting is its way of letting you know that.

Is this your first time taking Hydrocodone or Acetaminophen in a while?
