I took 6 mg of klonopin on friday, how long before it's out of my system. I weigh 230lbs.

I take suboxone also and tested positive for klonipin 2 weeks after stopping it.

The reason they are so strict about benzos and suboxone being used together is because it can kill you and not trying to be harsh but then you wont have to worry about a drug test. Everyone thinks that it wont happen to them (death) but I had to be resuscitated and was in a coma on life support and am only here because someone found me but the doctors told me that I was very lucky because I was dead for a few minutes. I had a prescription for both but kept taking the kpin after the doctor told me to stop and it wasnt a huge amount that did this to me. It was only 2 1mg because I couldnt sleep. Im not preaching but if you take suboxone or methadone please dont take benzos. If benzos are a must for you then suboxone or methadone is not right for you.

Klonopin has a half life of 25-50 hrs,meaning it's at half he desired amount in your blood in 25-50 hrs.

I go to a sub dr. (3-4 mg/day) and have drug tests every few months. I smoke marijuana daily (I always test pos. for thc). One time I tested pos. for benzos from taking about 6 ativan (half-life of about 10-20 hours) 6 days before a drug test. Another time I took about 7 xanax bars (half-life of about 6-12 hours) over the course of a week, and I tested neg. exactly 2 weeks later. I am female, weigh about 120 lbs., and I am about 5'5''. I exercise (Insanity and p90x, for example) for an hour six days of the week and drink at least 70 ounces of water daily. I eat a piece of fruit and have a large serving of vegetables daily. I do eat a lot of fried foods and sweets. I hope this detailed information helps someone. Stressing about a drug test will slow down your metabolism and possibly decrease your chances of passing. I know that lemon rind (the white pith and the zest) detoxifies the liver, which may help process the benzos faster.

it actually has a half life of 20-36 hrs. xanax has a half life of 11.2 hrs

thanx for sharing this...my brother takes both methadone and xanax and sometimes if he can't find methadone after he runs out he results back to heroin and I need to show him this...it scares me and I know its a fatal/deadly mix and he takes a high dosage of all of them at the same time!!!! he's an obvious drug addict and I know he doesnt even realize how close he is to death himself. i wish i knew was to help but hes the most stubborn person besides a pathological liar that steals from my poor father...(who is on disability) his medications, money etc....maybe reasin ithis will open his eyes!!!

I beg to defer. Klonipin stays in the system for at least a week if you take it daily. How can I get it out of my system for a drug test next week?

Duh that's only 4 days??? Count it off... mon-tue, tue-wed, wed-thur, thur- Fri. If PPL say 5-7, and u failed at 4, myth not busted.
