Heraclene contains the active ingredient Dibencozide. It is used to increase appetite.

This medication is from the Philippines.

I am not, however, finding any information on possible side effects.

Has your son had problems with his appetite?

I believe Heraclene stimulates the absorption of vitamin B12 needed to gain appetite and therefore weight. i am taking it. there is no side effect.
