To the original poster, I think the marking you were looking at was actually TY 500, which is an Extra Strength Tylenol tablet, rapid release. It is most commonly used to relieve headaches, and mild pain. It is manufactured by McNeil Consumer Healthcare NDC code: 50580-0488

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, and stomach irritation.

Scuba, the pill drawing in that area is actually the rapid release aspect of these tablets.

Though they can vary, inactive ingredients may include:

Benzyl Alcohol
Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium
Starch, Corn
D&c Yellow No. 10
Edetate Calcium Disodium
Fd&c Blue No. 1
Fd&c Red No. 40
Ferrosoferric Oxide
Magnesium Stearate
Polyethylene Glycols
Polysorbate 80
Powdered Cellulose
Propylene Glycol
Ferric Oxide Red
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
Sodium Propionate
Sodium Starch Glycolate Type a Potato
Titanium Dioxide
Ferric Oxide Yellow

Is there anything I can help with?
