Folinext contains the active ingredients, Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) + Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12); and in some dosages it also contains the Omega-3 fatty acid Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Based on these ingredients it is a very natural supplement and to see signs of side effects with Vitamins is generally very uncommon when taken as prescribed. The only questionable ingredient to me is the added fish oil. Fish oil can cause side effects including belching, bad breath, heartburn, nausea, loose stools, rash, and nosebleeds. Taking fish oil supplements with meals or freezing them can often decrease these side effects.

But in order to really determine which of these ingredients is the root cause of those side effects, would mean to supplement with each one separately. All three of those ingredients can be found at your local health food store and shouldn't be too costly. I would think this is the best option when really trying to figure out the root of the problem.

I hope this helps!
