I too have not received my Fibroslim pills since my initial order on June 18, it is now Sept 1! They tried to get me to send them another $20 to expedite delivery as well - the nerve! Today I reported this to the BBB and to the site RipoffReport - will see what happens. In the meantime I encourage all you folks who have submitted a complaint here to also send these consumer advocate agencies your story. BBB did not even have one complaint yet! I am also going to contact my local media since Fibroslim broadcast several radio ads here. Perhaps a TV consumer advocate will take up this cause and prevent others from losing their money too! I just wonder how these ripoff companies get permission to take credit card payments? Maybe we should be demanding that the credit card companies do better research and reference checks to save everyone from these theives!

my wife called our local new chnnel and their cunsumer reporter did an interview with her yesterday about it. The reporter told my wife she is doing a similar investigation into the acia berry aswell. that scam sells a bottle for 1$ to your credit card, then continues to charge your card every month.

I ordered and paid for this product, phoned them twice and emailed once where they said it was delayed or shipped and perhaps lost etc etc. now i can't find them, the phone is disconnected so YES IT IS A SCAM AND IT COST ME!!

i bought 2 bottles of diet pills from a company in montreal that today i recieved a letter promoting this weight loss pill..... anyways i dont know if it was the same company but thier product did not work for me at all.... if you go to the better bussiness bureaus website you will see page after page of complaints aqainst companies selling products like this ,,,,dont get ripped off ill never ever buy anything thru the mail again i tried to get my money refunded but i never heard from them again....beware

hi there , i recieved one of the papers in the mail an was very interested so i ordered, its been almost a week. Now im worried an feel like a dumb ass for not looking into this more before ordering. I did a money order an the bottom part of the paper i had to mail with it, an on the bottom of that paper is where the phone# an address was, does anyone have it ... had anyone ended up gettting there money back from this product , was i just scamed lol

Tara - you mentioned that you paid with a money order? If that's the case then unfortunately you're at the mercy of the merchant at this point. Paying by money order is essentially the same as paying by cash because you can't reverse it with your bank. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news :(
Moving forward please I would recommend against doing business with any merchant that does not take payments by credit card or check (basically things which can be protected through your bank), as that is generally a red flag for a scam...
