Please help me. I want to know if the cytotec that i have is real. I heard that there is a fake one, how can I distinguish the fake from the real one?

Hello. Saan kayo nakabili sis? I don't know where to get prescriptions. I found out they sell it in pharmacies as ulcer medication kaya kailangan ng prescription. I badly need them. Thanks.
