Do I Contunue Censpram5 Life Long

i was suffering from depression from last 18 yrs when i consult with doctor he he advise me to take censpram-10 pill for two month now i am taking censpram10 from last three yrs after that when i consult with doctor he after 3 yrs he prescribed censpram5 now after 1 yrs when i stop to take pills after two or three day my body is start painig cough is generating in my body in large amount. and i feel shock like in my brain when i contunue the pill then it is okey what are the resion of my this problem. do i contunue this pill for life long

Censpram contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, which is an antidepressant and yes, there are possible risks associated with the long-term use of any medication, such as possible liver damage.
