Do the side effects from Diloted through an epidural cause people to sound foolish and say weird things?

Dilaudid contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone, this is a narcotic analgesic and yes, it is possible. Some people are affected this way by opiates, they can experience a high as well as euphoria, side effects can also include: nausea, drowsiness, vomiting and constipation.
