I recently purchased Delganex diet pills from a friend who went to D.R. I was wondering when is the best time during the day to take them. So far I've taken them in the morning before breakfast. Is it better maybe in the afternoon so it may last at its peak for the rest of the day and night?Thanks

This actually contains the prescription medication Sibutramine, commonly sold in the U.S. under the brand name Meridia. It is an appetite suppressant.

Since it is related to Amphetamines, it is generally not recommended to be taken at night, because it can cause insomnia.

This really should not be used without the approval and supervision of your doctor.
