... My doctor seems to not believe I withdraw without the medicine. I'm several months into my recovery, being an addict of 4 years and finally getting help when I went to the doctor I was using 2-3 grams of heroin a day. I was recently switched from the suboxone strips to a pill called Zubsolv witch works very well. I have notices that my pharmacy will make me wait 18 days to fill my scrip when it is supposed to be filled every 14... the 4 days I have to wait on my prescription I withdraw worse than I ever did on Heroin and never withdrew on the strips. When I mentioned this to my doctor he looked at me like I was lying to him. Does Zubsolv have a huge dependency factor to it. I'm honestly afraid to start tapering off of it. ## If you have a long history of opiod use, (includin...

I took two 5.7/1.4 zubsolvs yesterday morning at about ten o'clock. How long will that block the therapeutic effects of opana for?? ## Iv only taken 1 zubsolv yesterday afternoon it is now 18hrs later, will I feel a fentanyl! ## I took one zubsolv at 9am. How long tell the blocker is gone? It's the only one I have ever took. Help would truly be appreciated ## Ive heard 24 to 48 hours but u should ask a medical prof to be safe. ## I concur with Jen in that 24-48hrs is a general estimated time frame that patients would typically wait for; albeit this window of time may vary for each individual depending upon a variety of factors. If you browse through some of the related discussion threads here pertaining to Suboxone (i.e. Zubsolv's twin) people tend to follow the same inheren...

They aren't working and I'm still craving pain pills. I wanted suboxone or subutex and my insurance won't pay for it, but my doctor can get my insurance to go through for suboxone or subutex. I've done paid $250 & he told me it's too much to do that as it would take him 2 hours on the phone to get one of them to go through & when I went in for my 2nd appt. 2 of my friends were there & to my surprise one got suboxone & the other got subutex. I was so pissed cause I keep paying all this $ for something that isn't helping me. I live in Cumberland, MD if anyone knows of any other places I could go to get the help I need. Please, I would be very grateful. Thanks. ## Suboxone and Zubsolv both contain the same active ingredients, Buprenorphine and Naloxo...

Hi. I'm trying to help my 24 year old son off Zubs. He finally told us he had been taking painkillers for a year and then went to Zubs for a month before coming home to get off them too. He knows he needs help and to be away from where he was living so he could be safe and away from everything. We want to help him in any way we can. Are there any supplements known to help? Right now I have him on fish oil, turmeric, vitamin D3, and magnesium. I feed him as best I can and we're trying to get him on a decent sleep schedule, but it seems like he sleeps best from early morning to late afternoon. Do we try to correct that with sleep aids like Tylenol pm or melatonin? Or just let him sleep as much as he is able? Please give any advice if possible. We want to help him succeed. ## There...

He has been detoxing for a month and a half. He tapered for about a month and decided to quit all together. It's been rough to say the least. He is a type 1 diabetic. He has severe leg pain (neuropathy) the last two days have been harder than the last month. He is asking me to get him a zubsolv. I am afraid this will start the whole thing all over again. Detoxed this far and I don't want to start over. He is in pain and cannot sleep. He is begging for a day off. Can any one advise? ## Hello, Avibe! How is your husband doing? He should really get medical help with stopping it, that would be the best thing to do. What other medications is he on? Rebound pain, from stopping Zubsolv is normal, he may also experience headache, anxiety, diarrhea, fever and chills as reported by the FD...

I take the tiniest bit of zubsolv in the morning I'm talking like one pill lasts for 2 weeks or so and I just had dental surgery and am in excruciating pain and was wondering when I could talk the good pain meds they gave me. round white pill numbers 5721 one side 93 other side is it zubsolv pill ## No its generic suboxin. 8 mg. /2 mg.Zubsolv is 5.7 mg./1.2 mg. The Zubsolv are ok but the 5721/93 have more medicine and are better in my opinion. ## Just to confirm for other readers, post #1 is correct about the pill ID. The company who manufacturers these is Teva, who actually lists this pill description on their product page (with a national drug code of 00093-5721-56). Regarding Zubsolv, I too have heard on many accounts that it was significantly less potent than generic/brand name Suboxone. Hard to say if it's the different binders/fillers they're using that may be hindering absorption or if they really did add less medication in there. I suppose a lab analysis would be the only way to know for cert...

Has anyone else took a drug test while on Zubsolv and the doctor says it's not showing up in your system? ## Yrs! And I'm very upset about. My doc says there is simply no possible way that I am telling the truth about taking my medicine. I have not been taking my full dose but I have been taking a partial. I'm totally flabbergasted and terrified. I have been a good patient. I have really steered things in a good direction for myself but now she is accusing me of lying for years. It's terribly upsetting. This is out of nowhere. My urine was sent to the hospital for a better test bc I had taken a Vale's detox drink in order to hide the Adderall I foolishly ate a couple days before screening. I forgot to bring zubsolv into bathroom with me so it couldn't put any in ...

I have been taking Zubsolv 5.7-1.4MG twice a day for 3 years now. I'm about to have surgery and will be prescribed 10mg Percocets. How long do I need to wait for the Zubsolv to get out of my system before I can take the Percocets? I've read it only takes 24 to 48 hours for the Zubsolv to be out of my system but is that still true for someone who has been taking it twice a day for 3 years? ## Usually, it's about 72 hours, before other opiates will work for you, again. The FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Hi all. I was prescribed opiates for 2 years. Taking 5-7 30mg pill a day. I would take about 15mg every 2 hours and sometimes I would take a 30mg. I went to see a doctor about 4 months back and she prescribed me Zubsolv. Two 5.7 a day. I was on it for 2 weeks and got extremely depressed and switched back to the blue opiates. 4 months later, im trying to stop this horrible addiction and started taking my left over Zubsolvs. This is my 3rd day. Ive been taking 1/2 in the AM and another 1/2 in the PM and feel fine with some minor depression but OK. My questions is how long should I take this for? I don't want to get hooked on these and I know Zubsolv withdrawals are much worse the opiate withdrawals. My doctor wanted me on them for a few months and I said no and stopped going. My plan ...

As far as the zubsolv go they are 5.7/1.4 mg. That's why they're less potent because of less medicine. They claim the bioavailability is higher but I disagree. Zubsolv are junk. ## I like them. If used correctly they work just fine, but if misused they can give you a headache and are junk. I take them so they do work. ## This is not true. I received 8.6 mg, the highest ones I know of zubsolv. My doctor asked me to try it for one month and they were the strongest form of bupe I've ever taken. I took one and a half the first day because I was skeptical and man I was zooming but insurance wouldn't cover it so it was way too expensive. So I went back to the white 93 or whatever generic they have for me. What's funny is I got the strips for 3 years and all of a sudden the...

I have recently started going to pain management and the doctor has put me on buprenorphine. Insurance won't pay for it, so the next thing is Zubsolv. I don't care for this drug, it makes me very drowsy and doesn't really do alot for my pain. In addition to that, most of what I find on the Internet about zubsolv is that it is for opiate dependence. I'm looking for those that have used it for pain....anyone? ## Zubsolv contains Buprenorphine and Naloxone, so it should also work for you. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Does anyone get blisters in their mouth? Under my tongue and on side of my bottom right lip inside. Zubsolv!!!! ## Hello, Jenn! How are you? Hey all, I was on suboxone for 1 yr then switched to Zubsolv, due to insurance reasons, I was in the the process of my slow taper when I fell Saturday and dislocated my elbow. The ER docs were told about my meds and gave me mirphine, reset my elbow and sent me home with nircos for pain, I called my dr Monday and told him what happened and he told me to take the norcos, however after I take them 3 hours later I am in full blown WD! No sleep, heart racing, sneezing, runny eye. Has anyone ever experienced this, my addiction dr wants to see me back on Tuesday but I'm wondering if I should not get back on the Zubsolv since I'm already 4 days into WD. Any advice on this? Has anyone experienced anything similar? ## That is rather odd, usually the Zubsolv just blocks other opiates from ...

How long do I need to wait after I smoked a cigarette to take Zubsolv? I know the nicotine can block the Suboxone due to the same thing they attached to in the brain. I was told 20 for Suboxone. What is the time on Zubsolv? ## Hi Natalie, According to Northland Addiction Treatment Rehab Center in Milford, Ohio - Patients should refrain from eating, drinking, or smoking for 30 minutes before taking Suboxone as well as 30 minutes after taking Suboxone. From what they've stated, food, beverages or nicotine/tobacco can seriously impair the absorption of Suboxone. I wasn't able to afford my regularly prescribed 2 subutex this past Friday. My doctor gave me prescription for Zubsolv along with a coupon for 15 free to get me through till I could afford my subutex the following week. The zubsolv is making me extremely sick. I feel nauseous, sick to my stomach, lite headed and just not myself at all. I hate it to the point I'm only taken 1 zubsolv a day just so I'm not super sick in DTs. My question is??? I took a Zubsolv this morning at 7am and its now 5:30pm. I'm starting to feel very sick. I have a subutex and was wondering if it be safe for me to take a piece of it to make me feel better? I can't take zubsolv anymore I can't stand the way it makes me feel and the sick feeling that goes along with it the throughout the day. ...

So anyways my question is when can i take the zubs again? It's now friday. Do you have a pharmacy that use regularly? If so, I'd suggest talking to them, they may be able to order it in for you. I live in Austin and want to get on Zubsolv. I was on Methadone for 1 year and switched to Suboxone for 8 months. I got off as I could not tolerate the taste. I overdosed on opiates 2xs in January. Please if anyone knows of a physician in central Texas please let me know. ## Dr Daniel Chen is excellent. In Richardson, Texas. I'm down to 1 tab a day. Even though I am still being prescribed 2 a day. ## For anyone looking for doctor subscribed, suboxone or zubsolv go-to naab.org (The National Alliance of Advocates for Buprenorphine).
