I have been on opiates for years and ran out of my meds and waited 36 hrs and felt withdraws then I took a 5.7 zubsolv, how long do I have to wait now to be able to take a Norco again? ## Hello, April! How are you? Unless your doctor instructs otherwise, you have to wait about 3 days. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

My sister stolen my last 2 fentynol patches. After 2 days I started going thru severe withdrawal. The cold sweats, muscle spasms, diarrhea, palpitations and then throw up. A friend gave me a Zubsolv, 5.7. I broke it in fourths and put it under my tounge. With a few minutes my withdrawal symptoms were gone. I have 2 days to go before I get my patches, and I only have that one pill. Will I be able to feel my patch when I put it on? I don't want the high, just block my pain. Will the fentynol still work for my pain? If not how long after taking Zubsolv will it be before my patch works for my pain? ## Unless your doctor instructs otherwise, you need to wait at least 3 days, before the Fentanyl will work, again. What affect does zubsolv have on anesthesia? Is it dangerous or life threatening to take it the day before surgery ( anesthesia ) ## Did your doctor tell you to stop it? Most usually do have a patient stop it for several days, before surgery, so pain medications will work afterwards and to avoid possible complications with anesthesia. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addition, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Since starting zubsolv yesterday, I can't taste anything. Is this normal? ## Hello, Nurse! How are you? Yes, this has been reported by other users of this medication. As listed by the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. This medication also carries the risk of being habit forming. However, such side effects are usually transient and tend to go away with time, after your body gets used to the medication. It usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Is there anything that can be done about this problem. As for dry mouth I have tried everything on the market when I was on Ribavirin and Interferon treatment to no avail .It did stop when treatment was ended.

How long should I wait to go from opiates to Zubsolv? My doctor says wait till a decent withdraw idk what that means 24 hours? If anyone can shed light on this would help a bunch thank you! Also kinda scared because I took suboxone too quick one time and went into a forced withdraw... Please help thanks. ## Hello Caoz! How are you? You have to be in full withdrawal, otherwise the Naloxone in the Zubsolv could throw you into precipitated withdrawals, which may be dangerous. I have been on zubsolv for about 3 months now, before that I was on Suboxone and in my recent prescription I opened up about 6 blister packs and there was no pill inside. I am currently on 2 1.4mgs a day so I had 2 boxes. It seemed like 1 pill per 10 piece sheet was missing. I sent an email to orexo and they gave me a # to call just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and looking for advice on what to do? Should I contact the Pharmacy, doctor ETC. a little scared with how strict they are with this stuff. My doctor won't even take you a day early and I have been on this stuff for years. ## Hi Hunter, Sorry to hear about your experience with missing pills. It sure sounds to me like someone must've been tampering with the prescription. I would definitely encourage you to c...

I'm taking Zubsolv 1.4/0.36 once a day for my chronic back pain(injury). It only lasts about 12 hrs. The first few times I used it I got a numbing sensation in my mouth. I continued since I 've not had anything for my back pain in several months. I'm disappointed that this not giving me more relief. Haas anyone started c this does and increased due to not giving you relief for your pain? This is still expensive for me, $134.99 for 30 tablets. ## You do have to understand that this isn't actually intended to relieve pain, Zubsolv is actually used to treat opiate addiction. Even though it contains the opiate, Buprenorphine, there have been quite a few people who discovered that it didn't relieve their pain. This is a narcotic, so it has the potential to be habit formin...

Just want to tell about my story. I was taking 9 perc 10s at a time which is a very expensive habit to have plus I have a family to care for. I got addicted because I abused my script due to lupus then my mom died and it all went down hill from there. Anyway I got on zubsolv 5.7 took it 3 times a day for 4 days then w times a day 10 days. I stopped taking it for 2 days and then for the next 2 weeks took it randomly skipping days. And now it's been 7 days since my last dose. No withdrawals yet. And hopefully I won't have any but the cravings are strong but also the pain is real from the lupus. Not sure what I'm gonna do about the pain but for now I'm free. ## Hi keyra, Thanks for sharing your story. It sure helps paint a picture for what someone else might come to expect ...

An oval shaped white pill that has the logo 8 and a lil 6 in the corner. ## Hello, Turtle! How are you? I think what you've found may be a Zubsolv tablet and those are the dosages for the Buprenorphine and Naloxone in it. It is most commonly used to treat drug addiction. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Can anyone else confirm this?

I'm trying to find out what the subdol pill looks like I know they are small white round pills that taste like a mint and are individually packaged but I can not remember what the imprint on it is. Can anyone help me? And also is there one that has no imprint or score on them? ## Did you mean Zubsolv? There are several doses of it available and each tablet is marked with the relevant dosage, they are also all white. There is a triangular one with 1-4 on it, a round one with 5-7, a square one with 8-6, an oval one with 11-4 and one shaped like a D with 2-2 on it. Yes I know you need to be in "withdrawal" before you start. I have been taking 30 to 50mg of hydrocodone for over a year now almost daily. All started when I tore muscles in my shoulders and neck. I know the opioids need to be out of your system. I made the mystake of taking a sub not even a day after taking hydrocodone and was sick with major withdrawals. I was throwing up and felt like I was going to die. Wanted to sleep on the bathroom floor. I don't want that to happen again but I don't want to be full blown withdrawing before I take it. I'm already experiencing slight withdrawal symptoms. Should I wait longer? Or can I take it now? ## I am new to this thread. I really want to get off of opioids. If anyone here knows please let me know. ## No, you need to be in f...

Started zubsolv 3 weeks ago after taking subs for 6 years. I would only take a quarter to half of 8mg sub every 24 hours and would sleep like a baby all night. On these zubsolv's I'm lucky to sleep 2 hours then wake up for an hour then back to bed for another 2 hours. Very frustrating! My dr. Has me on 3 5.7 mg a day and it seems to me that only 2-4 mg of suboxone a day was working better for me. Anybody have any similar thoughts on this? ## I have moderate severe back/ hip pain and legs too. A couple fusions , a pump.Been thru several pain drs.once I got a pump and then had it out. This medicine used to work well for me but I could not stop my consumption of cannabis. My doctor forced my hand into going to this wackadoo place called Best Drug Rehab up in Mich. Long story short I got out of rehab and started taking opiates for about four days, then got back on a high dose of zubsolv and it's not working. It's not doing what it used to. I am a little pissed but also i am grateful that im not dope sick. Maybe this could help me move on with my life. 8 years of active addiction will really take it out of you. ## Hello, John! How are you? Cannabis actually isn't addictive and there is no treatment to help someone stop using it, other than possibly life style changes. What dose of the Zubsolv are you currently taking and how much of the opiates were you taki...

I had knee replacement surgery in March. I got up to high dosages of oxy (100 mg/day of the short acting 10mg pink pills). I wanted to get off the oxy without tapering for weeks so I went to a doctor who prescribed Zubsolv, because it would be "easy" to withdraw from. I was only on Zubsolv for 10 days, my highest dosage was 3-4 of the sublingual/day. He told me to taper for two days and quit. It has been seven days and there is no end sight of the withdrawal symptoms. In fact today is the worst day. I've been on Prozac for years and continue to take my regular dosage (30 mg). Could this be prolonging my withdrawal? Also, how long can this possibly last? I have two kids, one autistic and have been bedridden and haven't eaten in 4 days. ## Hello, Richard! Hi I have a zubsolv pill is this the same as a 8mg suboxen ## Hello, Travis! How are you? What is the dosage of the Zubsolv? Yes, it does contain Naloxone and Buprenorphine, just like Naloxone, so it is also used to treat drug addiction and pain. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Okay, I have been an opiate addict for 6 years now and I'm trying to get clean.. Well yesterday I took about 5 xanax and had the last of my stuff in the morning and didn't wake up till today. Well when I woke up I took a zubsolv and I wasn't even feeling that bad, but it seemed to work ANYWAYS.... I guess my question is since I barely just took the zubsolv and I've been on opiates for 6 years, will I still feel the opiates? PLEASE HELP ME OUT. THANKS SOOO MUCH!
