Hi Art,
Is there any chance that the imprint says S53 as opposed to 553?
I located a white oval/elliptical-shaped pill with S53 on one side that's reportedly identified as an over-the-counter Extra Strength Headache Relief tablet, containing a combination of acetaminophen (250 mg) + aspirin (250 mg) + caffeine (65 mg).
