Does xanax taste chalky at all because I got dispensed some bars that say xanax on one side and a 2 on the other side and they look perfect but do not have that bitter taste that I am used to? Does anyone have any advice on this?

I got 5 Xanax 2mg that seemed to look perfect. I chewed it and it had no taste almost chalk like until the very end it had bit of a medicine taste. I took it over an hour ago and I don't feel the way I've felt taking xanax. I don't feel much of a change. Could this be a fake laced with something? Has anyone else had a like experience? It's so upsetting but my own fault I bought them from a sketchy character.

i got some alprazolam pills recently and had same kind of experience, i tried to chew half of a pill so i could know what it tastes like and it was much more chalky than pharmacy ones with only slight bitter aftertaste. that said they had very strong sedative effect and knocked me down to sleep for couple of hours but had almost no anxiolytic effect, much stronger sedative one. any idea what kind of substance would have that effect and kind of taste? i treid to dissolve another half of crushed pill in water and it didn't dissolve as reportedly alprazolam shouldn't, but i presume there can be number of other chemicals that have sedative/hypnotic/anxiolytic effects that may also be not water soluble. any idea whether the genuenity of alprazolam could be testet on basis of some specific property?

Chew the bar up and if after 5 seconds it's chalky it's fake. If it's bitter you wanna drink water. Even after the water's gone you should still have a bitter taste in your mouth, that's how you know. Lots of pressed fake ones going around ohio. If they're very square around corners and break in half almost too easily they're fake. College towns especially. Always taste first.

If it doesn't taste bitter there is no possibility it's real. If you can taste chalk or any other flavor it should be pretty clear you do not have genuine Alprazolam.

You got the gg249s that were produced in India, they are garbage. I threw away nearly 50 recently. Yes, the bitter taste comes at the end and is similar to that of alprazolam but much less pronounced. There may be .25 in there and god knows what else. They suck, I ate 3-4 and didn't feel much if anything at all.

Do not buy Xanax from the street or strangers, they don't give a whit about u, whether u live or die. Go to the doctor get you're script so u know it's real from a legit Pharmacy n Doctors. I almost DIED from fake r039 yellow bars.

They make pill presses and the die to go with them, with whatever stamp you want on the pill. Look it up. You can liberate the thickness and everything. If they taste chalky but also are bitter you still have counterfeit pills. They will mix half xanax and half cut or sedative. Xanax should be very bitter. klonopin should taste almost sweet or a little minty, but be careful, there are so many counterfeit pills going around it's crazy.

I had the same problem with some xanax bars that were green with the S 90 n whatever that last letter or number is, and they looked normal except they were a lil thicker than usual and I think the green was a lil darker, but wouldn't be noticeable to someone who barely takes, sees, or uses them, n to top it off had a really chalky taste to them! I was very mad. I'm pretty sure they're counterfeit with maybe some sort of sleeping pill or something mixed into it! I've been taking xanax for a long time n I know how they taste, n these just didn't taste right so they were obviously mixed with something, made into a bar shape (but not perfectly cuz they were a lil bigger than normal or real green ones and I think it was pressed or something n stamped them with an s 90 whatever stamp! People r f****d up, anything to make a cpl bux even if u gta F*** someone over! It was a lesson learned. Be careful, people are making counterfeit ones that look real with their number/letter presses etc to make a quick cpl buck n they don't care who they F*** over in the process. I look at mine carefully. Look for the coloring, the size, n the chalky taste n if any of that is what u got it's counterfeit as hell!

My older friend told me they used to do that with presses n make fake qualudes back in the day.So people have been lying n screwing people over for decades now supposedly, so I guess this is nothing new n u just have to be careful n inspect whatever u get cuz u cld get ripped off very easily, even if u think u know the person well, I don't trust anyone unless I'm at the pharmacy with them these days! It's pathetic!

Alprazolam or Xanax the name brand comes in different strengths, The 0.2 is usually white. The 0.5 is peach colored the 1 mg is blue with a line in middle and the 2 mg bars come in white, yellow, green and a long with scores in them. These are all from the pharmacy. If you have PTSD or anxiety issues find a good doctor and be honest and work with him. I have found honesty is the best way to go. But this drug is highly addictive so good luck!!!!

I remember perfect packaged Ludes in the 70's from Mexico. You could count on them being fake 50% of the time. Fake pills are as easy to make, now even easier. They are even being printed on a 3D printer

So many folks are filling prescriptions overseas...And you're basically eating chalk....Pressed in someone's home. Xanax taste bitter as heck. K-pins are minty & can be put under your tongue. But a real xanax bar is way bitter. Chalky ones are counterfeit! Trust me.....15-year addict.

I usually get generic brand Xanax. They all have had that bitter taste. I have the 2mg Xanax bars. They look the same as what I usually take. They seem like they work and have the same consistency. But taste chalky not bitter. Do Xanax bars taste different than generic brands and/or smaller doses 1mgs .5mg etc?
