I have to take a 10 panel drug test in a few days, the date is flexible, I just need to go in some time this next week. The only thing that will be in my system at the time is suboxone but I know already that the 10 panel drug test I am taking does not test for buprenorphine so will the suboxone show up on the test? I really appreciate any help/advise, thank you very much for your time.

It has to be a 10 panel or 12 to show up. They test for subs and methadone but 5 panel won't show. All urine lab test will show subs. I've been getting tested monthly using 10 panel it takes close to 15 days for subs to not show up. The more I take the longer it takes to exit my system I've been hit twice for subs.

Suboxone will not show up in a drug screen unless they test for it specifically. Buprenorphine acts differently than other opiates. I know this because I'm prescribed 2 a day from my addiction center I go to. Hope this helps

Actually, it doesn't matter if the test is a 5 panel, 10 panel, 12 panel, etc... different manufacturers include different test panels in their multi- panel test cups, and can even customize them to their client's requests. I say this as a person who has worked in the recovery field and ordered and administered many, many tests. I have personally never seen suboxone show up as anything other than buprenorphine, despite anecdotal accounts from users.

No but it will show up as bup if it's a 12 panel test. I've had it still show in urine 7 days after takin one 8mg strip. Everyone's metabolism is different though.

Suboxone is a combination of two different ingredients: Bupe and nalaxone.
When, key word being WHEN, it's screened for it's tested for and appears as BUPE.
It will NEVER screen as an opiate. The only way it does is when trying to pass the test by puting in directly in your urine sample. It hasn't had the opportunity, obviously, to METABOLIZE in your system as BUPE.
And to answer the duration it's in your system question, that's a toss up, depending on how long you take, how much and the fact suboxone has a mean half life.
Which means that it's level in your system is cut in half by several days then that remainder is cut in half in several days, so on and so forth.
Have no idea about Adderall...utilizing Google would seem like the obvious thing to do.

Suboxone does NOT show up as an opiate on a urine drug screen. Suboxone has naltrexone in it which is an opiate blocker.

Suboxone is a potent analgesic often used in the treatment of opioid addiction. It can be detected for approximately 2 to 4 days in urine. I am not certain however what it shows up as in a drug test.
