i have been taking thyronorm 75 mcg for the past 8 months, when will i have to totally stop taking it and when will it be normal again? what are the side effects of long term usage of this tablet?

53 yrs,male,service holder,last 3 years taking 100mcg thyronorm,feeling total weakness mainly in both legs also pain all over the body,lethargy. indigestion problem & tendency to diarrhea. Coconut water,milk & vitamin complex cause for diarrhea. which vitamins should I continue with thyronorm.
