I'm trying to identify some pills that are supposed to be generic ambien. It's a small oval white pill with apo on one side and 10 other the other side. I am wondering if there have been cases where more than 10 mg ambien is needed to sleep. what is a round white pill with the letters of YSP on one side and below that the number 73 the other side has nothing written on it? ## I located a pill with similar markings ans shape, the only difference is it says YSP 173. I've been taking ambien for abt 1 month, I stop taken them, I gained weight abt 10lbs, reason why i would get up in the middle of night and eat, and had no clue i was doing that till my husband and niece told me i was eating asleep i did not believe then so they video tape me and yes i was doing that, so i stopped taken ambien and now i have to work on loosing my weight...There was a report 2 days later about this on abc 7 people would wake up and find food on there bed .....this is the truth. ## My kids say I eat the strangest variety of foods mixtures. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I HAVE TRIED JUST ABOUT EVERY KIND OF SLEEPING MED... I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY MEDS ONLINE FOR 6 YEARS PLEASE IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE WHO CAN HELP ME LOCATE THEM I WOULD BE GREATFUL... ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU VERY MUCH ## Were you taking the brand or generic form of this medication? Have you had a chance to check with your M.D. to see if any alternative medications might work? Lunesta, Ambien, etc?

Perhaps someone with experience using this drug can post, please? ## to sudhanshu,ive been taking citi for a while one 250 mg capsule once daily seems best for me but at first it used to give me this overwhelming need to sleep. if u have sleeping problems it seems to do the job. oh by the way its not like a sleeping pill that'll knock u out, its more subtle but youre sleepy more often. atleast on me it was this way. hope my experience was of use.

how is the valerian extract standardized .That is, is a certain component titered to a certain concentration to allow batch to batch predictable outcome . What is the component that is standardized and what is it standardized against ?
