I need to know what a green and white capsule with R 076 on each side is. Can anyone help? ## This is Temazepam 15mgs, a generic for the Benzodiazepine Retoril. sleep aid ## Do you mean Rozerem ? ## Not sure.. tryin' to find out about it for my Dad. That's the name he gave me.. I'll have to check with him again.... ## Chris, I do think it might be Rozerem since that's what it is prescribed for. Plus running a Google search for Rosozon does not return anything. prescribed for insomnia ## The right way to spell it is Rozerem. It was approved 7/22/05 by the FDA. The FDA approval allows physicians to prescribe Rozerem for long-term use in adults. Rozerem is the first and only prescription sleep medication that has shown no evidence of abuse and dependence and, as a result, has not been designated as a controlled substance by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). With the exception of Rozerem, all other prescription medications indicated for insomnia are classified as Schedule IV controlled substances by the DEA. Additionally, Rozerem is the first prescription insomnia medication with a new therapeutic mechanism of action in 35 years, and will be available for patients by late September.
