Signoflam contains the active ingredients Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase, these are used to treat pain, swelling and fever.

What type of ear pain are you having? This can help with it, but if your problem is caused by an infection, then this will not clear that up, since it contains no antibiotic.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

I have been experiencing frequent urination at night, too much. Are signo flam tablets beneficial for a UTI? My doctor prescribed it with 3 other medications due to lack of sleep. There is no force during urination, an important type of feeling to be aware of. These are other problems I have. My question is why my doctor advised it?
