Just a warning to people, If you use IOP's to order from, be wary of the legalities and realize you have no recourse - prescribe4u is a scammer company and they are in league with ttopay or ctopay who processes card purchases. - ttopay is based out of China, and never erases your credit card information, I have been defrauded by over 10 charges to my card that originated out of China. So beware.

Thank you for posting this information and warning others.

However, when someone tries to order medications, illegally, without a prescription, this is just one of the hazards that they may run into.

If you really need a medication, it is always best to see your doctor, so you have a legitimate prescription and can obtain them legally, that way you do not run into a scam and you are assured of getting the actual medication that you need.

This was a news story about the owner of cttpay/ttpay and webrelated drug website:

GLOBAL HUNT FOR VIAGRA GANG BOSS

A WORLDWIDE hunt is under way for a former Stoke-on-Trent businessman behind a multi-million pound illegal drugs factory selling Viagra.

Geoffrey Bible has been named as the mastermind behind the Hanley operation and was last living in Cyprus.

The 59-year-old, pictured, ran a website advertising the sale of branded prescription-only drugs - including Viagra - without a licence from Southern Cyprus.

His former girlfriend, Norma Ruutel-Glykys, is now starting an eight-month jail term after selling thousands of pounds of the drugs from a flat in Hanley, which doubled as the website's UK distribution centre.

Now Department of Health investigators want to question Mr Bible.

A spokesman for the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) said: "We are looking for Geoffrey Bible, who we believe was last known to be in Cyprus.

"He is under investigation and we are going down every route we can to find him."

Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard this week that Mr Bible, who previously lived in Bradeley and Clayton, was the "main player" in the drugs factory.

Ruutel-Glykys had formed a relationship with Mr Bible during 2004 to 2005 in Cyprus after he set up his website business in the country.

Department of Health prosecutor Kennedy Talbot said: "She was involved in assisting him to operate his business in Cyprus while she was there.

"Bible was the main player and a man called Bowyer was number two in the chain of command. She (Ruutel-Glykys) was third in the hierarchy."

Police who raided the Union Street flat last year found 250,000 tablets worth more than ?1 million.

The drugs included treatments for impotence, which were not authorised for sale in the EU.

Also among the stash were 13,162 Valium tablets with a street value of ?25,665, tablets of the sedative Xanax with a value of ?538, and impotence drugs worth ?10,756.

In 2004, Mr Bible, who once owned Mr B's Furniture, in Bradeley, was made bankrupt after his business selling Viagra and slimming drugs collapsed.

The website at the centre of the latest investigation – Pharma2u.com – could not be traced yesterday.

Mother-of-two Ruutel-Glykys, aged 51, was jailed after admitting two charges of possessing a Class C drug with intent to supply, possessing medical products with intent to place on the market without authorisation and selling prescription-only medicine between January 31 and March 4 last year.
