Scams: Prescribe4u And Ctopay

Updated

Just a warning to people, If you use IOP's to order from, be wary of the legalities and realize you have no recourse - prescribe4u is a scammer company and they are in league with ttopay or ctopay who processes card purchases. - ttopay is based out of China, and never erases your credit card information, I have been defrauded by over 10 charges to my card that originated out of China. So beware.

This was a news story about the owner of cttpay/ttpay and webrelated drug website:

GLOBAL HUNT FOR VIAGRA GANG BOSS

A WORLDWIDE hunt is under way for a former Stoke-on-Trent businessman behind a multi-million pound illegal drugs factory selling Viagra.

Geoffrey Bible has been named as the mastermind behind the Hanley operation and was last living in Cyprus.

The 59-year-old, pictured, ran a website advertising the sale of branded prescription-only drugs - including Viagra - without a licence from Southern Cyprus.

His former girlfriend, Norma Ruutel-Glykys, is now starting an eight-month jail term after selling thousands of pounds of the drugs from a flat in Hanley, which doubled as the website's UK distribution centre.

Now Department of Health investigators want to question Mr Bible.

A spokesman for the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) said: "We are looking for Geoffrey Bible, who we believe was last known to be in Cyprus.

"He is under investigation and we are going down every route we can to find him."

Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard this week that Mr Bible, who previously lived in Bradeley and Clayton, was the "main player" in the drugs factory.

Ruutel-Glykys had formed a relationship with Mr Bible during 2004 to 2005 in Cyprus after he set up his website business in the country.

Department of Health prosecutor Kennedy Talbot said: "She was involved in assisting him to operate his business in Cyprus while she was there.

"Bible was the main player and a man called Bowyer was number two in the chain of command. She (Ruutel-Glykys) was third in the hierarchy."

Police who raided the Union Street flat last year found 250,000 tablets worth more than ?1 million.

The drugs included treatments for impotence, which were not authorised for sale in the EU.

Also among the stash were 13,162 Valium tablets with a street value of ?25,665, tablets of the sedative Xanax with a value of ?538, and impotence drugs worth ?10,756.

In 2004, Mr Bible, who once owned Mr B's Furniture, in Bradeley, was made bankrupt after his business selling Viagra and slimming drugs collapsed.

The website at the centre of the latest investigation – Pharma2u.com – could not be traced yesterday.

Mother-of-two Ruutel-Glykys, aged 51, was jailed after admitting two charges of possessing a Class C drug with intent to supply, possessing medical products with intent to place on the market without authorisation and selling prescription-only medicine between January 31 and March 4 last year.

Thank you for posting this information and warning others.

However, when someone tries to order medications, illegally, without a prescription, this is just one of the hazards that they may run into.

If you really need a medication, it is always best to see your doctor, so you have a legitimate prescription and can obtain them legally, that way you do not run into a scam and you are assured of getting the actual medication that you need.

This is completly false about this company and the payment processor. I am a long time member of pharmacywatchers, pharmacyreviewers, and remedy talk. I am a member of a 3 state area of the prescription community called MEDZ. I have all the proof needed to support this and I request that you take another look and hopefully remove this posting

Hi everyone,

Something EXTREMELY fishy is going on with this forum. We have several posts from "different" people, but they are all originating from the same place. We even have some posts coming from that place which contradict one-another. This goes against our terms of use and we have banned the originating IP addresses of the offending posts.

We suggest that individuals conduct their own research and use their own common sense when it comes to obtaining medications from the internet.

Am I the only one who sees irony in this page? First we have someone posting how ordering from online pharmacies is bad and that a payment processor out of china made fraudulent charges on their credit card. Well uhmm ya ... if you order drugs into the usa without a prescription first off that's illegal so chances are whoever processes the payment will have to be out of the country. Of course china would allow that sort of a thing LOL. Then you have this Michael Bowyer character coming on here and basically bad mouthing and threatening to sue whoever this john howard person is. So that right there is ironic because Bowyer was named in an article relating to the crackdown of an illegal drug ring yet HE is threatening and calling all kinds of names to someone else and HE is sticking up for another online pharmacy. Ironic? I think so.

And then to add to the humor ... drum roll ... you get this 'merl abbo' person and then some MEDZ EXE person on here who are both claiming to be part of a tri state forum (what does that even mean?????) - the irony being that they are trying to get some post taken off and MEDZ even mentions attorneys ... yet selling drugs online without a prescription or selling drugs to be trafficked into the usa from other countries is illegal to begin with! HA HA HA how someone can threaten legal stuff when they're supporting illegal activitys WTF!?!?!?

In fact the only coherent post looks like it's from some Clair person who works for prescribe4u and she actually seems to make sense and be courteous. So can anyone actually tell me what the heck is going on here??!?!? Someone who actually ordered from prescribe4u???!?

@Smitty you're funny. Ppl shuld search around b4 ordering meds online. At least what others say bout the pharmacy.

@merl says
"This is completly false about this company and the payment processor. I am a long time member of pharmacywatchers, pharmacyreviewers, and remedy talk. I am a member of a 3 state area of the prescription community called MEDZ"

I wanna know @merl. Why do you care about prescribe4u & cto pay? R u affiliated with the online pharmacies or something? Sound like a conflict of interest 2 me that somone part of pharma review sites or a community needs 2 defend another site selling meds online. I cant even find anything on google about "MEDZ". Smells like fish to me.

Yeah I agree with james - doubt that the pharmacyreviewer site or drugbuyersguide are completely unbiased. They probably have an affiliate arrangement with 1 or more online pharmacies.

P4U is not a ph*rmacy! They send tablets that do not contain m*dication! They falsify their website's blog! They don't honor their %100 satisfaction guaranteed policy! They use to be a legit operation so if you hear any good reports or see good reviews be aware that these based on a point in time when they were actually a legit operation! They stole $200 from me. Of course I have asked for a refund over a dozen times and of course they have ignored me! There are countless other places to do business! Good luck!

Hi is prs4u running properly does anyone know? I'm looking to try to refill my diazepam 10mg or lorazepam rx and they were very reliable back in the day. Would appreciate any info please, as never had any problems with them, although haven't had to order from them for about 6 years.

Do not buy from prescribe4u or prs4u or prs4you, etc. etc.!!! Same company, total scam site. Now they use bitcoin, and when a company uses bitcoin you can trace their financial transactions in the blockchain. It can help give you a better idea of whether a company is legit or not. But I was personally scammed by this company -- because I'm an ***** -- and can attest that they are NOT LEGIT.
