I have been taking this medication for 7 days and off of it since a week and still have severe side effects, abdominal cramps, severe headaches, dizziness, unsteadiness... I got two medications this morning metronidazole 500 mg 4 tablets and azithromycin 500 mh 2 tablets. I waited til 7pm to take the azithromycin I took both pills. So now I waited a hour before eating so should I take the metronidazole 4 pills all together while eating my food? Am I supposed to take all the pills I got all in one day?
