What's risperdal used for. And with purple round pill with slanted E. I was told my husband needs them by his father a crazy guy. He says they are for anxiety. Please help. What would these treat together? 300 mg of purple pill and.1 mg of risperdal together. Help

Risperidone is the active ingredient in Risperdal, it is a very potent antipsychotic and is not safe to take without a doctor's approval and monitoring, because it can cause some serious side effects.

What are the complete markings on the other tablet? I have a suspicion of what it is, but can't be certain without knowing the complete imprint.
