Raised Lipid Profile
UpdatedI'm 51 and am experiencing raised TG levels. My TG is 395. My cholesterol is 230, LDL is 118, HDL is 33, VLDL is 79 mg/dl. Please advise me on how I can reduce these numbers? Also can I reduce my levels without medication? If so then how?
