i use Omnacortil 40mg & fegra 120 for cure asthma elergy with specilist doctor & I use this two tabs for one month with1-1,1-1quantity per day and then fegra 120 tab stop and tab Omnacortil 40mg 2-2,2-2 per day for 15 days.then i stop this medicine by due to high fever and after some pimples like appears on my fourhead and skin then i have found blood infection (tlc 11000) and high fever with cold feeling. can you tell me this is happen by ? what methods to cure for this steroid and my hanh also stirring & how it can be cure? ## How are you doing now? a small round pink tablet scored on one side SC PO2 and the other CHAN SHOU used in Hong Kong ## I just got prescribed that too and I googled SC P[zero]2 and I found it! PRESURIN TABLETS "S.C." ("??" ????) - and then I googled the Presurin and found that it mentioned "Prednisolone is reported as an ingredient of Presurin in the following country: Taiwan" - and Taiwan is where Shou Chan the company is from. And if you google Prednisolone further you'll see that its drug class is related to glucocorticoids, which is some sort of steroids! There we go, took some time but finally.

My son has been a muscular dystrophy patient since age 9 and has used deltacortril ec 20mg for one and half years, daily. Now he has a lot of fluid retention and his face swelled so much his doctor recommend dropping the prednisolone gradually and adding imuran 50mg daily, but it feel like his muscle strength is not good. When dropping deltacortril ec he can't go upstairs easily. I need suggestions. Will it be good to increase his dose of imuran?

Found a small round white pill with p10 on it with nothing under it and the back is smooth. ## I found a small round white pill with P 10 on one side and M on the back. It appears to be smooth judging from an imagine. Any chance that the 'M' could've gotten rubbed off on yours based on its overall condition? The P 10 is shown as being engraved or etched into the tablet. How would you depict the style of the imprint on yours? At any rate, the one I found is reportedly identified as an orally disintegrating 10mg Prednisolone sodium phosphate tablet; used for treating various inflammatory conditions. She takes this medicine for a week or two and discontinues it after that as she is worried about the side effects of these medicine..Please advise..Currently her platelet count is 18,000. My health problem started with rashes, coughing, hot temperature and severe head ache about 16years ago. Hi, the last four weeks for me have been terrifying. Approx. 1 week ago (last Tuesday), I was prescribed with 40 prednisolone tablets, and was instructed to take 8 a day for 5 days straight. Ever since i've come off them last Saturday, things have spiralled out of control. My focus at work is low, and i've had a series of panic attacks and sometimes asthma attacks are then brought on from the panicking. Last week I had a panic/asthma attack at home when no-one was around, and couldn't find a phone to contact anyone. Luckily my dad managed to get me and we managed to control the asthma/anxiety. It is also never a good idea to take a medication that has been prescribed for someone else, not to mention the fact that it is illegal, under current FDA and DEA laws. is it ok to use prednicare tablets that are dated 20/8/2010 for my dogs swollen paw she had the same condition last year ## I'd suggest talking to your veterinarian. I am not familiar with the use of medications in animals, but I can tell you that this contains Prednisolone. It's a steroid class medication and most of them lose effectiveness over time. Thus, there is a chance it may not work as well and her swelling might not be from the same thing that it was previously. Hi I have just got back from the hospital and the Dr had given me 28X prednisolone. On the sticker she's wrote : Take 6 tablets once a day for 3 days. Does this mean take 6 tablets all at once or spread it through the day? It just seems a little wild taking 6 in 1 go... why not just put me on a higher dose...? ## Hello, Charlie! How are you? Unless the instructions say otherwise, you can do either, or; you can split them up, or take them all at once. This medication can cause nausea, anxiety, insomnia and nervousness as side effects, so some people do prefer to take them all at once, in the morning, so they aren't dealing with such issues at bedtime. It could simply be that the dosage you needed is hard to find. Is there anything else I can help with?

Do I take them all at once or spread out over the day? ## Hi Frankie, The "usual adult dose" varies for each individual, but is generally taken in divided doses 1 to 4 times a day. Your doctor may recommend that you take it at various times throughout the day or all at once, but that is for him/her to decide since it's different for everyone. I can't seem to find an inactive ingredients list for Omnacortil 10 mg dippersable tablets. Manufactured by macleods and have no luck getting in touch with them. Does anyone happen to know the inactive ingredients or how to find out? Also, the directions say disperse in glass of water, but says I can take by mouth as well. Can you split it in half and take 5mg by mouth normally swallowing it? I had a miscarriage 8th April- since mc my proctitis/ colitis flared up which I put down to stress/ immune system rebalancing. I've been on 30mg a day oral pred, with 20mg predfoam for two weeks, and now tapering down. Currently on 20mg a day orally and 5mg pred suppositries. I've not had a period since the mc which will be 8 weeks ago. My question is- could the predisolone be preventing my period? I thought only prolonged use of steroids would effect my cycle. What is considered a high dose of pred? My proctitis does appear to be settling. In terms of other reported pred side effects I am definitely irritable and irrational... Moody and depressed.
