Deltacortril Ent 5mg Tabs Prednisolone + When To Take

I have been prescribed 6 tabs of 5mg a day. Do I take them all at once or spread out over the day?

Hi Frankie,

The "usual adult dose" varies for each individual, but is generally taken in divided doses 1 to 4 times a day.

Your doctor may recommend that you take it at various times throughout the day or all at once, but that is for him/her to decide since it's different for everyone. Unfortunately, because of this, I can't really give a more direct answer; but I hope this general advice helps!

I was diagnoesed with bell's pulsy around 6months back and dr asked me to start deltacortil, 30mg per day,thrice in a day.
I took it for around 15days and gradualy decreseased quantity and stopped as i felt fine with in a week. Recently it started again and this time it is severe.its in on my right side and i can't whistle,eat from it.mostly ny face drools to right side and eye closes ans starts blinking.right side half lip moves upwards. I also started taking zovirax along,400mg but i got dairrhea,its been 3days now.i stopped zovirax after a day but dairrhea is uncontrolable. Is it because of zovirax? Or deltacortil or it can be some ither infaction?can i take antibiotic such as novidet for it? Also, 30mg deltracortil is enough for a mild attack?
