The general rule for an antibiotic is, if it's working, you shouldn't see any worsening after being on it for a full 24 hours and you should start to see improvement after a full 3 days.
What inhaler are you on?
The FDA lists the typical side effects of antibiotics as possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
