Pain Specialist Near South Boston Or Halifax Virginia Needed

I am planning to retire and move from Maryland to South Boston, Virginia. I suffer with chronic back pain for about 10 years. I have had back surgery which only worsened my condition. I have herniated, bulging and protruding discs and my sacrum comes out of alignment on occasion. I have all of my records and x rays for proof.
I have a specialist I see in MD on a monthly basis to prescribe the meds I need but am unable to locate a Pain Specialist anywhere close to South Boston or Halifax Virginia.
I take Percocet 10/325 as needed and Morphine 30 mg extended release 2 times a day. Also Flexaril 3 times as needed for muscle spasms. This combination has finally made me able to stand and walk to do things I wasn't able to do before without excruciating pain.
If I am unable to find a Doctor to continue my treatment I will not be able to retire to the place we have been planning for 20 years.
