Hey their i really could use some advice from people please. I just moved from Florida where i was raised and i have crohns disease and have been on methadone 100 mg a day for chronic pain not addiction and now live in Lititz Pa and cant find anyone to give it to me

My story is the same as yours except I'm at a clinic as we speak but I feel like a hostage there I can't move on with my life and I would love to ..I want to go back to school and I can't attending groups every week...

Hey thanks for the help, all these numbers are not taking new patients at the moment , I'm looking for a doctor in the northeast philly area or even bucks county and jersey for methadone. If anyone knows any doctors that prescribe the pills please write back. I have to have back surgery and am not willing to go through with it so I need something strong to deal with pain.

Sadly, we've never found a local doctor willing to work with my husband to prescribe methadone for his pain. We went through a horrible period last fall of his PCP trying countless narcotics on him, and he was so sick, and had to detox several times, it was absolutely awful. He finally got on a plane and went to his previous PCP in Texas who has known him and his case for years and she agreed to prescribe it, and we found a wonderful pharmacist here in DE willing to fill it for us. Pathetic that the system is set up to punish not only the druggies, but the legitimate patients in need of pain relief.

My name is Nora I have had 3 knee surgerys, 2 open heart surgerys, I am on pain management ment now I get oxy 15s but I am tired of taking so many pills. So I am looking for a Dr that prescribes methadone pills less pills to take and they are longer lasting I will pay anything that'd how bad I want them I am tired of living like this. Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for a methadone doctor in philly. i have pins screws and plates in my feet. My shoulder dislocates at least three times a week and a bulging disc in my back. I WAS ON a pain management doctor before but i was arrested for dui and wound up doing some time and lost the doc. Can someone please help? i have been on street methadone so far but i cant keep doing this. My email is {edited for privacy}. please reply if u can help.

Does anyone know of any pain management doctors in DELAWARE who will prescribe methadone? My husband has chronic psoriatic arthritis and methadone works better for him than anything else, but we cannot find any pain doctors in Delaware who will use methadone. He moved here from Texas, and since being here, he's been put on probably a dozen narcotic pain meds and nothing works as well as the methadone did. We're willing to travel anywhere in the state!!
