Opana contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone, it is a narcotic analgesic and it is not known to cause hearing loss, but it is difficult to say how any medication will affect any one person.

Have you consulted your doctor to see if it's related to the Opana or something else?

If you are suffering a sudden problem, with your hearing, then it is important to get to the root of what is causing the problem.
