I get numness in my hands and arms and get very tired dizzy and headaces i take one 40mg of omesar a day i had a brain anerysm 8 months ago and got high blood presure ever since should i be feeling lide this i am 34 and a bit nervous about my symptons can you give me any advise or know of anyone that could thank you very much susie ## I don't see the numbness listed, but the other issues you mentioned at listed as side effects of Olmesartan. I would suggest talking to your doctor about this for the best advice. ## Olmesar 40 is not helping my blood pressure reduce, it keeps on fluctuating rises to 170/90 Can I take 40 in the morning and 20 at night? Please advice.

round tablet with sankyo on one side c22 on other side ## This tablet contains 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide, which is a diuretic and 20mgs of Olmesartan, which is an antihypertensive, this is a combination medication used to help lower blood pressure. I am aged 35 please could give me some helpful information on this tablets. ## Well, I am not a doctor, nor a medical professional, so I cannot provide you with a definitive answer, it would be remiss of anyone to try to do so only reading one post online. However, the culprit is more than likely the Lexapro, weight gain is a side effect of many antidepressants. You could talk to your doctor about it, and if they agree that it could be causing the problem, you could try switching to something else that does not cause such severe weight gain, otherwise your only other choice is to get more exercise and watch your diet and caloric/fat intake...
