@Tonya m martell,

Based on my research there are no drug interactions found between children's Tylenol and Dimetapp cold and cough; making them safe to take together. This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate.

Do you have any more questions? If so, please post back and I'll be happy to assist you.
