I am really not certain what you mean by peak effect, are you referring to the time it takes to work? How long you have to take it? Or something else?

Neozep Forte is a combination medications that contains Phenylpropanolamine, Paracetamol, Salicylamide, Chlorpheniramine and Ascorbic Acid, it is usually given to treat various conditions associated with the cold, flu or respiratory problems.

It's usually take by adults up to 4 times a day, as needed.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

4-6hr interval po :) dahil medyo matagal na po yang nararamdaman niyo.. mas mainam po na magpatingin na po sa doctor if beyond 5 days persistent yung sipon.
