Small white tablet, with numeral 198 and 44 separated by scoring line on tablet. Is this Methadone? ## This pill is NOT Methadone, not any kind of pain killer at all. Tablets with the number 44 on them are over the counter products manufacturer by LNK International. They make products that are sold by stores as their generics or store brands. This pill in particular is Dimenhydrinate 50mgs, a generic for Dramamine which is used to motion sickness and nausea. (NDC 0182-0195)

Has anyone heard of a very slow heartbeat while taking this drug? My mom's went down to 30 and I was curious if maybe this drug could casue this. ## I'm no expert but I was prescribed it once for vertigo. It made me feel like a zombie. It also tended to cause some dehydration as well. Would definitely check with your mom's physician. ## My mom has been in the hospital for the past 2 days and since being off it she has improved, the Dr. says it wouldn't cause that but she has other medical problems as well. thanks for the reply. Medication is certainly different with each person that takes it. ## Does anyone happen to know when antivert was discovered and by whom, and if not a site i can go to to find out? ## what are side effects of Antivert?
