I located the pill in description to be Diazepam (10 mg).

It is commonly used for treating anxiety, insomnia, seizures, muscle spasms, restless legs syndrome, obsessive compulsive disorder, alcohol withdrawal, benzodiazepine withdrawal, and Ménière's disease.

Valium is diazepam, just the generic name. Diazapam is a long-acting benzodiazepine as to temezapam which is short-acting, ok.
