My mother wants to take Metatone to increase her appetite. She also takes tablets for blood pressure. Is this safe?

I gone onto several websites try to find a straight answer and nothing is giving me an answer.
I don't hold vitamin, minerals etc I was not able to eat more than 3x a week started taken metatone tonic and I have been able to eat 1-2x a day since which is a good improvement and since taking it I feel better in my self and a better than I have done. I am also disabled
I have a few health issues but I need to know if this will effect these 2 in perticular

Does metatone tonic effect blood pressure or kidney function as I have high blood pressure and kidney function problems?
