Louisiana Medicaid Subonxone Limit Of 365 Per Lifetime??
UpdatedI was denied my rx of Suboxone 8/2 films today from US Scripts Lahealthcareconnection/La. Medicaid. The code said maximum of 365 per lifetime? Since when? Can anyone help me if you know anything about this?

It is up to each state to decide certain things that their Medicaid will cover and if they will cover it to set limits on it is they chose. Louisiana Medicaid is making a lot of cuts, as are other states and it will only get worse.
