i dont know what it is i found it in my bathroom i have an older son & want to make sure its not a narc.

This is actually an over the counter medication. Pills marked with L or 44 are manufactured by LNK International, they only make OTC drugs that are sold by various stores as their store brands or generics.

This one in particular is a version of Extra Strength Tylenol, Acetaminophen 500mgs.

Definitely not a narcotic of any kind.
