Those are the active ingredients, so that would be the generic. L-Mefolate is a form of Folic Acid, Mecobalamin is a form of Vitamin B 12 and Pyridoxine is a form of Vitamin B6, so this a nutritional supplement.

Are there any other questions or comments?

My insurance carrier will no longer fill my Rx for this Metanx generic. They say there is an OTC drug available now called Futanx. I cannot find any information about Futanx. I would appreciate finding out the name of the manufacturer or somewhere that I could buy this drug for less than the $205/50 tabs quoted by my insurance carrier. Thank you.
