i recently got a 8mg 155 imprint with a half moon imprint on the other side, i read up that its an 8 mg with a 2 mg base. im not sure what that meant so my question is, is this 155 8 mg pill as strong as the 8 mg sublingual film?

Yes, they are the same. The base just basically refers to it as being equivalent, to put it in very simple terms for you. The actual medical ones would be very hard to understand and I really don't feel like trying to spell them all, either. LOL

But yes, it is the same dosage and just as effective.

I was on sublingual film suboxone, well i took a half moon suboxone when i wasn't supposed to and im a lil worried. Will they be able to tell on my drug panel that i took a half moon when im suppose to just take the film?

No, as far as the U/A given at the clinic or Dr's office when in suboxone treatment, the diagnostics don't know which type of suboxone or subutex you take nor does it detect naloxone. In short, it only checks whether the buprenorphine is present. Some facilities however do use diagnostics that measure the amount of buprenorphine in your system.
