I Wanted To Share Pain Mgmt Dr. S That Do Medication Manage

In Tampa Fl Genesis Medical and I was told of another Dr. His name is Dr.Chad and idk how to spell the rest but it is under University Pain Management Tampa Fl. I looked on the website and i did see Medicaid. As an acceptable insurance. However its quite possible the Medicaid was added in for addiction treatment. I do not know. Also I have not personally been to tho dr/pm clinic. The clinic I on Bruce B Downs Tampa Fl. They take other insurances. Look up their website and or call for any other inquiries you may have. Genesis Medical clinic I was a patient there. I do know they u/a at the first appointment. And randomly. You must have a current Mri/ cat scan...documenting the reason you need pain medication. Dr. Diaz usually prescribes an Er med to be taken every 12 hours and a max of 4 breakthrough meds. Also there is a Dr . Muhammad he is off of MLK and North Boulevard in Tampa Fl. I do not know very much about that Dr at all. I know that Genesis. Takes patients from Crystal Lake, Lakeland and etc. So you do not necessarily have to Live in Tampa nor Hillsborough County. Good luck go all real chronic pain patients. I will update any and all info that I get to help ppl out. I'm not scared to put the Dr. S name. They will seek out the abusers, especially as much as they do u/a and the dea is watching closely... Please if you have any info plz help others. I belonged to a thread in Denver where we helped each other on meds chat. Not here in Tampa ppl are so selfish not wanting the addicts to screw things up for them. Those days are gone. Genesis does a background check to see if you have an arrest history involving drugs. Idk what happens if you do maybe if its 5 years ago they will prescribe.

You sure the hell don't want to go to Dr chowardi, his name is spelled along those lines. My friend went to him and he gave him bulls***, and my friend is 56 or older and has rheumatoid arthritis and many other back & knee problems. He had nothing but problems for the 2 months he went to him. So steer clear of university pain management or whatever he is calling his clinic. I looked him up & everyone was saying if you need pain meds don't go there and they're right!
