How Long We Can Use Meva Sr & Serlift Combination

My age is sixtysix. I was suffering from IBS and doctor initially suggested Prividac and then colspa retard for couple of months but thereafter advised Meva-Sr tablets -2 tabs daily before major meal along with Serlift 25. I am using Meva-Sr as above along with Serlift 25 for last 5 years and feel confortable. If I use such medicine continuously, will this have any adverse side effect on my health?
