External Piles Treatment

Externally signal piles are present. Please advise how I can cure this? My doctor has already given me Zerodol-p; piles ointment & antibiotics, such as amoxicillin with potassium clavulanate.

I am 40 years old, suffering from external piles, swelling 3-4 small rounds all around my rectum that causes pain, irritation and some amount of blood while passing stool. Can I take amoxicillin 650mg as my antibiotic?
